Returns & Refunds Policy
At Leniora Milan, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or any general reasons.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged or defective item
- You receive the wrong product
- Your order does not arrive
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you experience any of the issues listed above, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To report an issue, email us at lenioraldn@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photo evidence (required for damaged or incorrect items)
Once we review your request, we will notify you if it has been approved. If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Conditions
- Requests made after 4 days of delivery may not be accepted
- Items must not be used beyond normal inspection
- We do not accept items returned without prior approval
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate before placing your order.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
